Our Team
​All staff are fully trained and experienced in caring for vulnerable children with needs. We regularly update our training and understanding in all relevant areas. All staff members have up-to-date DBS certificates and have valid Care certificates. As well as the staff mentioned below, we have a bigger family of helpers, including Diane, Tracey, Olivia, and Suzanne, who you will see in pictures of days out!

Hi! I'm Jody, the director of Everybody Counts. I'm a mum to three lads, and I love reading and watching a good drama series! My passion for care began at 16 with my first job as a care assistant. To be able to run Everybody Counts with my partner Andy and the boys is a dream come true. It's a proper family affair! I am DBS-checked, up to date with my Care certificate, and I am a Safeguarding officer.

Hi! I am Andy, I am a Support worker and a Safeguarding officer, a driver, and a male figure to the club. I love football – Arsenal mainly! I have a passion for helping others. I am fully DBS checked with training in hand, and I have personal experience with caring and supporting others. I love contributing to the Saturday club and helping everyone feel safe. I have completed my Safeguarding Children with Disabilities and Care Certificate.

​Hi! My name is Angel I am the team leader and a mum to a lovely daughter. In school I have studied childcare and health and social care. After I finished my education, I worked at a nursery for 3 years and gained knowledge on children with disability and i did lots of 1-1 work. My role at Everybody Counts is working as a Team leader, Support worker and PA. I have completed my Safeguarding Children with Disabilities and Care Certificate, I also have my DBS.

​Hi! My name is Tharanija, also known as Thara. I have studied Childcare and Health and Social Care. I love working with children, knowing I can help make a change. I have previously volunteered for about a year at an adult learning disability support service and have gained lots of valuable experience that I now use at Everybody Counts. I have completed my Safeguarding Children with Disabilities and Care Certificate. I am also DBS checked.
